Fal Calzados de Seguridad relaunches its latest innovation in safety footwear: AIRFAL with the Rebound System, the lightest safety footwear ever.

At Fal Seguridad we have developed a new technology that improves ergonomics and comfort in safety footwear. AIRFAL combines a striking sports design with state-of-the-art materials. It also features Rebound System, our innovative technology for safety footwear.

Rebound System helps to ensure that the entire step is made directly on a foamed polyurethane material with great ergonomic properties. We have achieved this by reversing the placement of the textile anti-puncture insole, so that the tread does not rest directly on its approximately 5 mm of high tenacity fibres.

Airfal models comply with EN ISO 20345 standards, with protection level S3+SRC+CI. With vincap non-metallic toecap safety toecap and textile anti-puncture sole pad, non-metallic, light in weight and flexible, a perfect mix of comfort and protection. The polyurethane midsole is over this sole pad, with great ergonomic properties, thanks to the Rebound system technology. The soles are made of hydrocarbon-resistant TPU, antistatic (ESD) and with SRC slip resistance.
